This is a brief overview of Gentac value added services:
Installation Services:
• Commissioning of new PC’s and decommissioning of old PC’s
• Physical removal of old computers and cables
• Cleaning and preparing the desks or bench tops for new PC’s

• Hooking-up new PC’s as per your guidelines and instructions
• Testing the new PC’s to ensure its operation
• Dismantle & dispose the packaging into your recycle bins
Networking Services – LAN/ WAN/ RF/Wireless:
• Loading of images onto new PC’s required
• Putting the PC’s on the existing network as per your guidance and instructions
• Installing network printers
• Configuring PC’s and related hardware.
• Installing network equipment – switches, hubs, routers etc.

Gentac staff can be provided on contract basis and can work as extended arm of your organisation.

For example, Gentac is currently working with TAFE NSW: We have four Gentac staff working as full time 9 to 5, Monday to Friday for 2 -3 months on contract basis. We have the flexibility to work weekends and after hours.
